How do I track my SOLBOX shipment?
Log into live track with the username and password you received when creating your mailbox. You will see the real-time status of every package and shipment.
I forgot my password, what do I do?
Use the recovery option on the login screen or write to info@solboxus.com and we will help you reset your access.
Does tracking work for commercial cargo?
Yes: both mailbox packages and commercial/industrial cargo shipments are registered and trackable in the system.
